Role Description
n
We're looking for a Senior Bid Coordinator to join our national Marketing, Communications & Bids team in Brisbane.
n
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a quick-paced, collaborative environment and takes pride in producing high-quality bids and marketing collateral.
n
You'll play an important role in supporting bids and panel submissions across the business, while also contributing to marketing initiatives and client engagement activities nationally.
n
Working closely with leaders and project teams across Australia, you'll become a trusted contributor within a high-performing and supportive national team.
n
Working as part of the national Marketing & Bids team, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
- Preparing and coordinating high-quality bids and panel submissions in line with RPI standards and submission deadlines.
n
- Managing submission timelines, response requirements and document production from pursuit planning, to kick-off through to final submission.
n
- Collaborating with leaders and project teams to source and coordinate project information, staff CVs and relevant project examples.
n
- Producing and formatting bids,
presentations and marketing collateral using Word, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite.
n
- Developing supporting graphics and visual content for bids and marketing collateral, including diagrams, organisational charts and promotional materials.
n
- Writing, editing and proofreading bid and marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with RPI's Brand Guidelines and Tone of Voice.
n
- Producing and maintaining Capability Statements, project pages, case studies, staff CVs and other business development collateral.
n
- Supporting client engagement initiatives, industry events, LinkedIn content, e-newsletters and broader marketing activities across the business.
n
- Tracking opportunities and updating client information in CRM system.
n

The Ideal Candidate
n
You're proactive, organised and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage competing priorities, build relationships across teams and produce work to a consistently high standard. You'll also bring:
n
n
- Demonstrated experience preparing bids, tenders, proposals or marketing submissions within a professional services environment.
n
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across leadership, project teams and corporate services nationally.
n
- Strong formatting and document production skills across Word and PowerPoint, with a high attention to detail.
n
- The ability to write, edit and proofread content with a professional and consistent tone of voice.
n
- Strong organisational skills,
with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
n
- Confidence working collaboratively with leaders, project teams and corporate services teams nationally.
n
- Experience producing marketing collateral and visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat is advantageous.
n
- Experience with Canva and CRM platforms (desirable).
n
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Design, PR or a related discipline (preferred).
n
- Experience within infrastructure, property, construction, consulting or professional services will be highly regarded.
n
