Are you an experienced Receptionist looking for temporary work in Melbourne CBD?

We are currently recruiting for a range of temporary Corporate Receptionist opportunities within leading law firms and qualified services organisations.

n

These roles are ideal for experienced Receptionists who are immediately available and open to short-term assignments. Assignments can range from one-day cover through to several weeks, with some opportunities also available on a longer-term contract basis.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITIES

Depending on the assignment, you may be responsible for:

n

- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors
n
- Answering and directing incoming calls
n
- Managing meeting rooms and visitor arrivals
n




- Coordinating couriers, deliveries and general reception requests
n
- Liaising with a range of internal and external stakeholders
n
- Supporting the smooth running of the office
n

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

To be considered, you will have:

- Ideally, experience within professional services, legal or another corporate environment
n
- Immediate availability to start
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- A polished and professional presentation
n
- Corporate attire suitable for a skilled services environment
n
- Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders
n
- The ability to quickly adapt to current environments and systems
