The Opportunity

Join a well-established organisation as an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor based in its Brisbane head office. You’ll take ownership of the day-to‑day Accounts Payable function while also supporting the smooth running of the office.

This role would suit someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, hands‑on position with plenty of variety, responsibility and the opportunity to be involved across both finance and office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing end-to‑end Accounts Payable processing across the Australian business.
- Oversee end-to‑end Accounts Payable activities, including invoice entry, matching, approvals and coding.
- Prepare and review weekly and ad‑hoc payment runs, as well as employee expense claims.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment queries and disputes.
- Support month‑end, year‑end, reconciliations, reporting and audit requirements.
- Ensure accurate GST treatment, record keeping and compliance with company policies and accounting requirements.




- Acting as the central point of contact for Brisbane office requirements including stationery, kitchen supplies, meeting rooms, visitors and incoming calls.

About You

- Minimum 4years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance administration role
- Certificate or diploma-level qualification in accounting, bookkeeping or a related discipline
- Previous experience using Pronto ERP is highly regarded
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Heavy Industrial industry experience will be highly regarded.
- Experience supporting office administration or office management responsibilities would be advantageous
