Your new role

n

In your new role as Workshop Controller at CMI Toyota Stepney, you'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Assigning and dispatching repair orders based on priority and completion time
n
- Managing workflows using the workshop control board daily
n
- Ensuring all vehicles are ready for delivery to the customer at the agreed time
n
- Maintaining workshop efficiency by allocating work to suitably skilled Technicians
n
- Delivering an exceptional experience for our customers
n
- Leading by example and driving a positive workshop culture
n

Most importantly, you'll be working as part of a broader workshop team where quality, safety and teamwork matter.

About you

In this role, you'll bring:

- Trade qualifications and experience as an Automotive Technician (Toyota preferred)
n
- Demonstrated experience leading a team and managing workflows
n
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills
n
- An ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining focus on safety
n
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
n
