Responsibilities

- Lead and motivate the team during shifts to ensure peak performance and a positive atmosphere.

- Maintain the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) at all times.

- Delegate tasks effectively to team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

- Oversee food safety protocols and ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly followed.

Requirements

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a leadership role within the fast food or hospitality industry.

- Strong ability to delegate tasks and manage time effectively under pressure.

- Full availability across a rotating roster, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.

- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
