H1 Healthcare is seeking experienced and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join our dedicated team. We offer ongoing, stable work with consistent minimum 2- 8-hour shifts and the opportunity to build a genuine, long-term connection with a participant. You'll provide person-centered support including personal care, manual handling, medication assistance, daily living support, meal preparation, community access, and appointments.

- Experience supporting participants with complex care needs

- Confident with personal care, manual handling, and medication assistance
n
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient
n
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Passionate about providing quality, person-centered care
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
n
- National Police Check
n
- First Aid & CPR
n
- Working With Children Check
n
- Full Driver's License & reliable vehicle (preferred)
