We are Raw & Fresh, a fast-growing pet food manufacturer, and we're looking for a reliable and motivated Pick Packer to join our team on night shift. This role suits someone who is fit, switched-on, and thrives in a fast-paced, cold environment.

What You'll Be Doing

- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Working in a cold storage / production environment
n
- Following food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures
n
- Loading/unloading stock and assisting with dispatch
n
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Physically fit & reliable – comfortable with lifting and being on your feet
n
- Attention to detail – accuracy with labels, orders, and counts
n
- Good reading and comprehension skills – able to follow written instructions
n
- Dynamic & adaptable – can handle a rapid-paced work environment
n




- Comfortable in cold environments – experience in food or warehouse settings is a plus
n
- Team player – works well with others, communicates clearly
n
- Health & safety conscious – follows safe practices at all times
n

Requirements

- Flexible to work all shift times between Monday to Friday and available for overtime if required
n
- Must have full Australian work rights
n
- Forklift licence (LF) preferred but not essential
n
- Previous warehouse/pick pack experience desirable
n
