Job Description
Processing end-to-end payroll activities including new starters, employee changes, leave, allowances, deductions and terminations.
Responding to payroll queries and investigating any discrepancies.
Completing payroll reconciliations and supporting statutory reporting.
Working across PAYG, superannuation, STP, payroll tax and other payroll obligations.
Interpreting Enterprise Agreements, employment conditions, policies and relevant legislation.
Producing payroll reports and supporting audit requirements.
Working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve payroll matters.




Ad-hoc duties as required.

The Successful Applicant
Solid end-to-end payroll experience, ideally gained within a larger or more complex organisation in Australia.
Experience interpreting Enterprise Agreements, awards, contracts and policies.
Strong reconciliation and reporting experience.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Valuable communication skills and the confidence to work with stakeholders across the business.
Experience with Chris21, iChris, Aurion, or similar large systems would be highly regarded.

What's on Offer
Hourly rate between $45 and $55, depending on experience.
Short-term contract, with the chance to make an immediate impact.
Based Brisbane southern-suburbs.
In office parking available.
