About the Opportunity

n

This is an incredibly exciting chance for a reliable, mechanically minded person to train as a skilled Field Technician with an innovative, family-owned business specialising in a unique, high-end automatic leisure product.

n

Working alongside experienced Technicians, you will be supported receiving hands‐on training in the installation, servicing, preventative maintenance and repair of specialised automatic pool‐cover systems.

n

As your skills and confidence develop, you will progress towards independently managing installations and service work, with increased responsibility and earning potential.

What You Will Be Doing

n

n
- Installing and servicing residential and commercial pool-cover systems
n
- Measuring, drilling, cutting, fixing and aligning components
n
- Installing rollers, tracks, guides and associated equipment
n
- Assisting with diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical and control system faults
n




- Lifting and positioning heavy or bulky equipment, including overhead
n
- Communicating professionally with homeowners, builders and trades
n
- Completing electronic service reports and job photographs
n
- Maintaining clean worksites, tools and vehicles
n

About You; You Will Be:

- Trustworthy, reliable, punctual and safety-conscious
n
- Friendly and professional with excellent communication skills
n
- Accurate with measurements and confident working with numbers
n
- Able to follow instructions, use initiative and solve practical problems
n
- Proud of your work and eager to build a long‐term technical career
n
- Someone with an excellent attitude, strong work ethic and good sense of humour
n
- Previous experience in construction, maintenance, landscaping, irrigation, plumbing, automotive, mechanical or installation work would be highly regarded.

- White Card
n
- Confident swimming ability
n
- Experience using hand and power tools
n
- Physically fit and able to safely lift and position heavy or bulky equipment
n
- Willingness to travel throughout Victoria and occasionally interstate
n

What's on Offer?

- $68K–$70K + super + Work vehicle, fuel card for business use
n
- Monday to Friday, 7.00 am – 3.00 pm
