Lodge Jamberoo is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Chefs & Cooks to join our kitchen team.

We have opportunities across morning breakfast service and evening catering, making this a great role for experienced hospitality professionals looking for flexible shifts in a beautiful regional setting.

Chefs & Cooks – Breakfast & Evening Catering

The Role

n

We are seeking chefs and cooks who can work across:

n

n
- Morning breakfast shifts – preparing and serving breakfast for lodge guests
n
- Evening catering shifts – preparing dinner and catering for groups, functions and lodge guests
n
- Food preparation, cooking and presentation
n
- Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness
n
- Working efficiently as part of a small, friendly team
n
- Open to traveling to each of our venues to cater for events
n

About You

n

We are looking for people who are:

n

n
- Experienced in commercial kitchens,



catering or hospitality
n
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
n
- Comfortable working busy breakfast or evening services
n
- Passionate about preparing quality food
n
- Able to maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
n
- Positive, professional and team-oriented
n
- Car License required
n

Chef qualifications are highly regarded, but experienced cooks are also encouraged to apply.
