Job Description

Bendigo Powder Coating is a long established business of over 35 years in the Powder Coating Industry and we are seeking a Sandblaster/Labourer to join our team in Bendigo, Victoria for an immediate start. As a Sandblaster/Labourer, you will be responsible for a variety of hands-on tasks within our powder coating operation.

Key responsibilities

n

Sandblasting metal materials.

n

Performing quality checks and ensuring finished products meet required standards.

n

Carefully operating Blasting equipment to ensure quality finishes.

n

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

n

Assisting with other general labouring duties as needed.

n

Assisting when required in the preparation of metal surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, degreasing, and pre-treating components.

n

About you

n

Previous experience as a Sandblaster highly advantageous and looked on favorably, ideally within the trades and services industry,



but not essential as on the job training will be provided for the right candidate.

Robust attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work

n

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team

n

Good physical fitness and dexterity to perform manual tasks

n

A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop new skills
