Fast, accurate pick packers wanted – $35/hr, Mon–Fri 9am–5pm, Springvale

Marlow & Peach is a fast-growing Australian eco-cleaning brand. We make our own products and ship every order ourselves from our Springvale warehouse. We're looking for pick packers who take real pride in being fast, accurate and reliable.

The role

n

Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders quickly and accurately

n

Accurately labelling shipments with shipping labels to be dispatched to couriers

n

Meeting daily pick-rate and accuracy KPIs

n

Keeping your station and the warehouse floor tidy and organised

n

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm shifts

n

$35 per hour, casual

n

Who we're looking for

n

Proven experience pick packing in a warehouse environment

n

Genuinely fast packers – you get satisfaction from clearing a queue of orders

n

Sharp attention to detail – the right product, the right quantity, the right box, every time

n

Reliable, punctual and able to keep pace for a full shift

n

Comfortable being measured against clear KPIs

n

Being upfront

We run a high-performance warehouse and hold our team to clear speed and accuracy standards. Every recent starter is assessed against speed and accuracy standards from day one. If the pace or the accuracy isn't there, we won't be able to keep offering shifts – so please only apply if you're confident you can hit the mark. If you can keep up with our speed and accuracy standards, you'll be well rewarded with more shifts and responsibilities.
