Coating Operator Needed for Day Shift in Keysborough

We are seeking an experienced Coating Operators to join a manufacturing site in Keysborough!

Role: Coating Operator

n

Pay rate: $34.96 per hour

n

Role Overview

n

n
- Setup the machines according to procedure parameters
n
- Operate machinery to coat vitamins and tablets
n
- To read and comprehend instructions and following established procedures
n
- Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process
n
- Identify the correct components required for the line
n




- Visually verify that the ingredients are in conformance with standards
n
- Visually check the coated products to ensure they meet the requirements of the client
n
- Report defective parts or colours to the line leader, supervisor or Maintenance personnel
n
- Perform site cleaning where required
n
- Strictly following WHSE requirements and safety procedures
n

About you

n

n
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
n
- Previous coating or similar machine operation experience
n
- Previous experience in manufacturing (preferred)
n
- Own PPE - steel-capped boots & high-vis vest
n
- Physically fit able to lift up to 20kg
n
- Previous experience in colour matching highly regarded
n
- Ability to work independently on night shift
n
- Able to follow OHS procedures
n
