Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Planner — Infrastructure Projects, Brisbane CBD based.

We're growing our infrastructure team and looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Cost Planner who knows their way around a TfNSW or TMR contract without needing a run-up.

What You'll Be Doing

n

You'll lead cost planning, estimating, and contract administration across our infrastructure project pipeline — civil, transport, and utilities work delivered for state government clients. You'll be the person the principal Contract Superintendents call when a variation needs addressing properly, not just quickly — and the one that the junior QS staff come to when they're stuck.

Reporting to Bellwether's Estimating Lead, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of tenders and delivery-stage work, with scope to shape how the infrastructure commercial function runs.

What You'll Bring

- AIQS membership,



or eligible to obtain
n
- An AIQS accredited (or recognised) degree, min AQF Level 7
n
- Significant experience on TfNSW and/or TMR-administered contracts — MRTS specifications and standard contract forms (AS 4000, AS 4902), will be second nature
n
- Comfortable giving clients a robust, defensible cost position under scrutiny li>Comfortable mentoring junior QS staff and reviewing their work
