As Merchandiser Coordinator, you are the friendly trainer and supporter for our field managers and merchandising team. You'll be the operational go-to for onboarding, training, and supporting our field crew. This role is all about hands‐on mentorship, and leading our team to ensure compliance across our store network is always spot on.

Your New Focus

n

Growing Our People:

n

You'll lead onboarding for new team members and deliver ongoing coaching. This also includes evaluating performance and supporting our team with Workcover return-to-work plans.

n

Ensuring Success in the Field:

n

Undertake regular travel to support our regional merchandisers. You will also review store compliance photos, help with store projects like revamps, and act as a key operations point‐of‐contact.

Operational Super Support:

n





You will provide seamless supervisory coverage during the manager's leave and store cover during peak periods.

Recruitment & Admin:

n

Assist with interviewing talent, manage recruitment paperwork, maintain training records, and handle daily admin in MS Office (Excel/Word) and our system, Unite.

Who You Are

n

Retail & Mentoring Background:

n

Proven experience in merchandising and operations, with prior success in a supervisory, training, or mentoring capacity.

n

Great Tech & Communication Skills:

n

Solid skills in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with scheduling or reporting software. You are a clear communicator and a supportive team player.

n

The Right Attitude:

n

Solutions-focused, self‐motivated, and enthusiastic. You are proactive and take pride in supporting others to succeed.

Licence & Mobility:

n

A valid Driver's Licence and a willingness to travel (regional).

n

We provide a fully maintained company vehicle, phone, Laptop and all the tools you need to succeed. Some overnight travel may be required.
