We have a strong presence in Sydney and are preparing to kick off a variety of high-value landmark projects in new areas. Your position will report directly to the Construction Manager and will oversee on-site construction activity of 44 recent dwellings in the Campbelltown area. You MUST have a strong proven track record in all aspects of the build cycle and the process of handing over a project to our clientele. You will be immersively working on this project and will place your full focus on ensuring the site is in accordance with WHS legislation and delivered on time.

DUTIES.

- WHS Management & site organisational management
n
- Subcontractor Management & progression of programe.
n
- Highly capable ability in all aspects of construction. Structures. Finishes. Civil
n
- Assist Construction,



Development & Project Managers in achieving all objectives of the project.

- Treat the project like it your own. Project first mentality
n

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

n

n
- Trade qualification or similar. Project & Construction management and/or licensing highly desirable.
n
- Relevant experience as a Foreman and/or site manager on multi-residential projects
n
- Ability to supervise staff onsite, including subcontractors and manage drawing and reporting package consultants
n
- Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance
