We're looking for someone who:

n

n
- Has a genuine interest in Property Management and the South Australian real estate industry
n
- Is currently studying towards, or already holds, an SA Property Management Licence
n
- Is friendly, qualified and confident when communicating with clients, tenants and colleagues
n
- Is highly organised, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
n
- Is tech-savvy and enjoys learning new systems and technology
n
- Has a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
n
- Enjoys being part of a supportive and collaborative team
n
- Takes pride in providing excellent customer service and has a strong eye for detail
n




- Holds a current SA driver's licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

- Attending open inspections and assisting with tenant enquiries and applications
n
- Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections
n
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants
n
- Using industry-leading property management systems and technology
n
- Providing administrative and operational support to the wider Property Management team
n
- Assisting with the smooth day-to-day management of our rental portfolio
n
- Supporting Property Managers with communication, follow-ups and general portfolio administration
n
- Assisting with maintaining accurate property and tenancy records
n
- Working collaboratively with the wider Pilgrim Real Estate team to deliver an exceptional experience for our clients
