Responsibilities

n

Asthe Finance lead , you will provide strategic financial leadership acrossthe organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and the existingfinance team.

n

Thisrole is suited to someone who can come into an established environment, assessthe current structure and set clear financial strategies and frameworks forthe future .

Youwill be responsible for:

- Developing and implementingfinancial strategies aligned with business objectives
n
- Providing commercialfinancial advice and insight to senior leadership
n
- Reviewing and strengtheningexisting financial processes, systems and controls
n
- Improving financialreporting, forecasting and business intelligence
n
- Increasing visibility acrossprofitability, cash flow and overall business performance
n
- Identifying opportunities toimprove financial performance and commercial outcomes
n
- Supporting business growthand organisational transformation
n
- Providing strategicleadership, direction and capability uplift to the existing financefunction
n
- Establishing clear financialframeworks, processes and reporting structures
n




- Identifying financial risksand opportunities and providing recommendations to senior stakeholders
n
- Supporting the businessthrough its next phase of growth and development

Your Profile

n

The ideal candidate will be an experienced seniorfinance professional who is comfortable operating strategically while alsohaving the ability to understand the detail and drive change.

n

- Significantexperience in a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, Head of Financeor similar senior finance leadership position
n
- Relevanttertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a relateddiscipline
n
- CPA or CAqualification is essential
n
- Strongcommercial and strategic financial management experience
n
- Demonstratedexperience developing and implementing financial strategies
n
- Strongunderstanding of financial reporting, governance, controls and performancemanagement
n
- Experienceworking within a complex, multi-site, service-based or labour-intensiveorganisation highly regarded
n
- Strongleadership and stakeholder management skills
n
- Ability toassess an existing finance function and implement improved structures,processes and reporting
n
- Confidentcommunicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and providecommercial challenge
n
- Available tocommence a 12-month contract
