Role: Administrative Assistant- North Sydney - Onsite About the Role n

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of a busy corporate office. This is a varied role combining administration, reception, and workplace support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities n

- Provide reception and front-of-house support.

- Assist with meeting room bookings and set-up.

- Respond to office and workplace support requests.
n
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory.
n
- Support security access requests and staff inductions.
n
- Liaise with building management and service providers.
n
- Assist with purchase orders, invoices, and general administration.
n
- Support office maintenance and workplace activities.
n

About You nn
- Previous experience in Administration, Reception, or Customer Service.
n
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
n
- Friendly, skilled, and customer-focused.
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
n




- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
