Job Description

CHN Real Estate Group is seeking a motivated, professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellent service to rental providers and renters. You will work closely with our Property Managers and receive ongoing support from an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct open-for-inspections and private appointments
n
- Respond promptly to rental enquiries
n
- Coordinate inspection schedules and appointments
n
- Process rental applications and complete reference checks
n
- Communicate application updates to prospective renters
n
- Assist with preparing properties for advertising
n
- Liaise with rental providers, renters and Property Managers
n
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections as required
n
- Prepare condition reports and other leasing documentation
n
- Arrange key collection and property handovers
n

About you

n

n
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, leasing or customer service
n
- An Agent's Representative Certificate or relevant qualification
n




- A current Victorian driver licence and reliable vehicle
n
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
- Confidence conducting inspections and communicating with clients
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
n
- A professional, positive and proactive attitude
n
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
n
- Knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation is desirable
n
