The Role

As Workshop Supervisor, you will balance floor leadership with technical oversight to keep our team firing on all cylinders:

- Overseeing daily workshop workflow,



job allocation, and technician productivity.

- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to technicians and apprentices.

- Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure accurate repair estimates and timely job completion.
n
- Ensuring workshop safety, quality control, and compliance standards are strictly met.

- Hands-on diagnostic and repair work when complex jobs require senior expertise.

What We're Looking For

- Trade Qualified: Cert III in Automotive Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology (or equivalent).
n
- Leadership Potential: Current supervisor, foreman, or a senior technician with strong communication skills ready to step up.

- Problem Solver: Strong diagnostic capabilities and a sharp eye for quality control.

- Team First Attitude: A mentor who leads by example and keeps workshop morale high.

- Valid Driver's Licence: Full manual driver's licence required.
