Job Description

As a Building Supervisor for Aston Homes, you will be responsible for managing multiple builds concurrently and ensuring each project progresses efficiently from commencement through to completion. This is a hands‐on role responsible for overseeing multiple residential builds throughout Melbourne's Western suburbs. You will play a key role in ensuring homes are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities

Supervising multiple residential builds across Melbourne's Western suburbs

n

Coordinating and managing trades and contractors

n

Scheduling trades, materials and site activities

n

Monitoring construction programs, budgets and deadlines

n

Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring quality standards are maintained

n

Ensuring sites are safe, clean and well presented

n

Managing Workplace Health & Safety requirements

n

Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise

n

Maintaining strong communication with trades, suppliers, office staff and customers

n

Ensuring projects are completed to the required quality, timeframe and budget

About you

n





Previous experience as a Building Supervisor/Site Supervisor within volume residential construction

n

A strong understanding of the residential building process

n

Excellent trade and contractor management skills

n

Strong organisational and time management skills

n

The ability to manage multiple builds and competing priorities

n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

n

A strong eye for quality and attention to detail

n

The ability to work autonomously while being part of a wider team

n
