A leading Sheetmetal Manufacturer in the Dandenong South area is seeking the services of assemblers

n

The ideal candidates will be hard working team members, able to listen, understand and undertake instructions to any given task.

n

Gasket Machine Operation:

n

Machine Operation: Set up and run automated FIP gasket dispensing machine

n

Program Loading: Load, verify, and make minor adjustments to CNC dispensing programs.

n

Quality Control: Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, or vision systems to ensure correct bead width, height, and placement.

n

Material Management: Load, mix, and monitor chemical compounds, ensuring proper pressure, flow rates, and temperature controls.

n

Equipment Maintenance:



Perform daily cleaning of dispensing nozzles, valves, and pumps to prevent material clogging.

n

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical or software faults during production runs.

n

General duties include but are not limited to:

n

Packing

n

Sanding

n

Pick/packing

n

Requirements:

n

Experience with hand tools

n

Previous experience in assembly

n

Good attitude and robust work ethic

n

Ability to work in a team setting

n

Reliable and flexible

n

Good communication skills and attention to detail

n

ability to troubleshoot and problem solve

n

A current forklift licence is preferred but not essential
