The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Front-End / Portal Developer with strong AngularJS and ServiceNow Portal development expertise to help deliver modern, intuitive user experiences on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in designing and developing custom portal interfaces, dashboards, workflows, and guided user experiences that simplify complex business processes and improve platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging front-end experiences within the ServiceNow platform.
n
- Build custom ServiceNow Portal widgets, components, directives, and client controllers.
n
- Create user-friendly dashboards, forms, and workflow-driven experiences.
n
- Integrate portal solutions with ServiceNow tables, APIs, and backend functionality.
n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop intuitive solutions that improve user adoption.

- Deliver responsive portal experiences for large and diverse user communities.
n
- Support initiatives focused on CMDB, Asset Management, and data quality improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

n

- Strong commercial experience with AngularJS design and development.
n
- Proven experience developing within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
n
- Experience building custom widgets, portal components, directives, and client-side functionality.
n
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and integrations.
n
- Experience connecting front-end interfaces with ServiceNow APIs, tables, and backend scripts.
n
- Ability to create user-centric solutions that simplify complex business processes.
n
- Experience delivering responsive dashboard and portal solutions for enterprise users.
n
- Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal.
n
- Exposure to CMDB and IT Asset Management environments.
n
- Previous experience working in large-scale enterprise transformation programs.
