Working dynamic shifts across our public bar, bistro, and courtyard spaces, you will deliver attentive, welcoming service to both dining patrons and bar guests while efficiently preparing and serving beverages, handling point-of-sale systems, and assisting with venue operations.

Key responsibilities

Efficiently preparing and serving beer, wine, and classic cocktails while maintaining clean, organized workspaces

n

Delivering attentive, welcoming service to both dining patrons and bar guests

n

Taking orders accurately, running tabs, and processing payments using point-of-sale systems

n

Assisting with bar opening and closing procedures, restocking, and maintaining strict hygiene standards

n

Setting up spaces for daily trading and private functions

n

About you

n

Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)

n

Proven background in a fast-paced bar, pub, or bistro environment

n





Transparent communication and strong multitasking abilities

n

Dynamic, team-first attitude

n

Flexibility to work peak trading periods, including evenings, weekends, and major event or sporting days

n

Genuine passion for classic pub culture, great food, and reliable service
