Intereach is looking for a Community Support Worker (Home Care) to join our Aged Care Support team in Echuca.
This permanent part time role (minimum 15 hours per week) is based onsite, helping older people maintain independence, wellbeing and connection to their community.
You will provide person-centred support to clients aged 65+, or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, ensuring protected, comfortable living at home.
