Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate transport bookings and delivery documentation
- Oversee shopfitting logistics and material delivery schedules
- Manage warehousing and staffing for national retail projects
- Supervise warehouse staff and mentor admin team members
- Maintain billing records and provide customer service

Skills and experience

- Experience in logistics coordination and transport bookings
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Background in warehousing, stocktakes, and pick & pack operations
- Leadership experience supervising warehouse and admin teams
- Accurate billing, invoicing,



and record-keeping abilities
