We're partnering with a leading provider of residential rehabilitation and mental health services to find an Intake Sales Consultant for a six-month fixed-term contract.

As an Intake Sales Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals and families seeking support. Through a structured and consultative approach, you'll help them understand their options, navigate the admissions process, and make informed decisions about their care.

About the role:

- Lead meaningful, consultative conversations to understand client needs and motivations.

- Manage inbound enquiries and proactively re‐engage dormant leads.

- Guide clients through every step of their journey, from enquiry to program commitment.

- Present premium programs with confidence, clarity, and empathy.

- Maintain accurate CRM records and keep pipeline metrics on point.

- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

- Drive conversions while meeting measurable performance goals.

About you:

- Experienced in high-value or consultative sales with a proven track record.

- Confident managing KPIs and sales pipeline metrics.
n
- Skilled at navigating sensitive, emotionally nuanced conversations.

- Resilient, empathetic, and qualified under pressure.

- Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
n
- Bonus: experience in healthcare, rehabilitation, or finance.
