TrooCoo is seeking an experienced Principal Workforce Standards Advisor to provide high-level advice and leadership across workplace conduct, performance management and employee relations matters within a large government organisation.
The role involves strategic and operational guidance, coaching managers, policy development and quality assurance across a dispersed workforce, with some travel. A senior ER/HR skilled with Queensland government experience is preferred.
