About the Role

n

We're seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead a focused retail service station with a pre-packaged food and convenient coffee offer. This role is about retail performance and execution - growing convenience sales, maintaining strong in-store standards, and merchandising the store to maximise impulse purchases and customer flow.

We'll be hands-on, commercially minded, and focused on running a tight operation that delivers consistent results across 6-day trading.

What You'll Do

n

- Lead the day-to-day operation of the store with a strong customer-first focus
n
- Drive convenience sales growth through strong merchandising, range execution, and promotional activity
n
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
n
- Lead, coach and develop your team to deliver friendly, efficient service
n
- Manage pre-packaged hot food and convenient coffee operations with a focus on speed, quality, and consistency
n
- Monitor costs, stock control, waste, and labour to maximise profitability
n




- Ensure safe operations across forecourt and shop environments
n
- Build a positive team culture that supports performance and retention
n

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in convenience retail, fuel retail, grocery, or QSR‐style environments
n
- Strong understanding of merchandising, range execution, and retail sales drivers
n
- A hands‐on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams
n
- Solid commercial awareness and confidence managing store KPIs
n
- A practical, customer‐focused approach to running a retail site
n
