About The Role

Due to the Company's growth, we are looking for talented and experienced Service Technicians and 4th year apprentices to join our growing team in Ferntree Gully. We will be looking for enthusiasm, solid work ethics, and attention to detail with a focus on delivering work to the highest standard. Loyalty to our brand is crucial for this position and in return we offer a clean workshop, with up-to-date tooling and machinery, above award wages and long term employment with a reputable employer.





Key Responsibilities

- Conducting routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on all makes and models
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs efficiently
- Perform diagnostics using manufacturer-approved tools and systems
- Carrying out servicing, repairs and diagnostics to manufacturer standards
- Conducting vehicle inspections and identifying additional repair opportunities
- Ensure all work is completed within allocated timeframes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop
- Delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction

Requirements for this position

- Certificate III in Mechanical Trade qualification is required or completing a Certificate III in Mechanical Trade qualification for apprentices.
- Have acute attention to detail and take pride in your workmanship.
- Current Manual Victorian Drivers license - mandatory
- Minimum of 2+ years experience with Diesel & Petrol engines.
- Must be passionate about the industry with a genuine interest in motor mechanics.
- Be a problem solver, reliable & able to meet deadlines.
- Must have own tools.
- Clear communicator with excellent organisational skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work unsupervised, and in a team.
- Roadworthy certified an advantage
- Air Conditioning certification an advantage
