The Role/ Duties:

- Database management: building and managing a client database, building a pipeline
n
- Prospecting
n
- Marketing appointments andauctions




n
- Achieve monthly targets
n
- Attend Open for Inspections and auctions
n
- Includes Saturdays
n
- Fortnightly Wage
n
- Potential to earn monthly commissions
n

Requirements:

- Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate
n
- Current driver's license and own car
n
- Excellent personalpresentation
n

- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
