About the Role

n

As Registration Lead, you will drive Regis' national provider registration, accreditation and assessment readiness program across residential aged care, home care and disability services. You will:

n

n
- Lead provider registration and renewal activities under the Aged Care Act 2024
n
- Coordinate accreditation, audit readiness and regulatory submissions
n




- Partner with operational leaders to prepare for regulator engagement
n
- Support NDIS accreditation and certification requirements
n
- Monitor regulatory risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
n
- Provide expert guidance, education and capability building across the organisation
n

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
- Extensive experience in aged care quality, accreditation, compliance or clinical governance
n
- Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Act 2024, strengthened Quality Standards and regulatory requirements
n
- Experience managing audits, accreditation programs and regulator engagement
n
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement, project management and influencing skills
n
- Ability to analyse risk, coordinate complex programs and drive quality outcomes across a national organisation
