We are working with a highly regarded financial planning business looking for an experienced Client Services Officer to support Advisers and help deliver outstanding service to clients.

The Role

n

Working closely with Advisers and clients, you will play an important role in ensuring the advice process runs smoothly and efficiently.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Preparing documentation for client meetings and reviews
n
- Managing client enquiries and ongoing service requests
n
- Processing applications and implementation requirements
n
- Liaising with product providers and key stakeholders
n
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
n
- Following up outstanding actions and requirements
n




- Supporting Advisers with day-to-day administration and client communication
n

n

About You

n

You will have previous experience in a Client Services Officer, Client Services Manager or Financial Planning Assistant role and understand the importance of delivering a high standard of service.

n

You are organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage competing priorities while building robust relationships with clients and colleagues.
