We are a brand-new startup venue launching this October right in the heart of Oakleigh. We are building an energetic, fresh club experience from the ground up, and we are looking for passionate, professional bartenders to join our founding front-of-house team. Shifts run between 5:00 PM and 1:00 AM, Thursday to Sunday evenings. Core Team Positions offer approximately 20–38 hours per week across the weekend block. Weekend Support Positions offer approximately 14–20 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and other beverages to customers

Operate POS systems accurately and efficiently

Maintain bar standards and cleanliness during service

Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment

Help shape the culture and energy of the new venue

About you

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced bar, pub, or club setting

Strong knowledge of spirits,



classic cocktails, beer pouring, and POS systems

Adaptable, positive mindset and excited to help a new venue grow

Punctual and trustworthy with reliable transport home after 1:00 AM
