Civilpro Excavations' is seeking a skilled Semi Tipper driver to join our team in Melbourne, VIC. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our construction projects across the region. As an experienced heavy vehicle driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our semi-tipper ensuring timely deliveries and site maintenance.

What you'll be doing

n

Operating semi-tippers and water trucks in a safe and responsible manner to transport materials and provide site maintenance

n

Conducting pre-start checks and minor maintenance on assigned vehicles to ensure they are in optimal working condition

n

Coordinating with site managers and other team members to ensure timely delivery of materials and water to construction sites

n

Maintaining accurate logs of vehicle usage, delivery schedules, and any incidents or issues encountered

n

Adhering to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to protect yourself, your colleagues, and the general public

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 1 year experience operating semi-tippers and water trucks in a civil construction environment

n

Valid heavy vehicle driver's HC license and a proven safe driving record

n





HC licence must be currently active with recent operational use

n

Clean driving record with no traffic offences or violations required

n

Working knowledge of construction site operations and material handling procedures

n

Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations on site

n

Excellent communication skills to liaise with site managers and team members

n

Commitment to safety and a good understanding of relevant health and safety regulations

n

Australian work rights are required for this position
