If you're an experienced security technician who's tired of being micromanaged — this one's for you. We're looking for someone who can jump in the van, manage their own run, walk onto any site with confidence, and leave every customer better than they found them.

You'll service a genuinely wide-ranging portfolio — owners corporations, retail and commercial properties — so no two days look the same. One morning you're fault-finding an access control system in a CBD office; that afternoon you're sorting CCTV at a shopping strip. We'll give you the autonomy, the gear and the backing. You bring the skills, the standards and the drive.

What you'll be doing

- Independently servicing, maintaining and fault-finding electronic security systems — CCTV, access control, alarms, intercoms and the lot

- Attending scheduled maintenance and reactive breakdowns across owners corporation, retail and commercial sites

- Diagnosing faults efficiently and fixing them right the first time

- Handling minor installs, upgrades and reconfigurations

- Being the face of the business on site — building real trust with committees, managing agents and clients

- Keeping your paperwork, job records and van stock on top of things so the whole run flows

What you'll bring





- Solid hands-on experience servicing and fault-finding electronic security systems

- A track record of working autonomously and managing your own day with minimal supervision

- Current Victorian security registration

- Registered cabler (ACMA) status

- A current Victorian driver's licence — and the right to work in Australia

- Happy to complete a National Police Check

Nice to have: a trade qualification in electrotechnology or electronics, experience across strata/retail/commercial, a good IT network knowledge and familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Inner Range, Gallagher, Bosch, Comelit, Aiphone, VMS systems.
