About the Role

As a Leasing Agent, you will play a vital role in connecting quality tenants with our landlords' investment properties while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the leasing process.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Conducting open for inspections and private viewings

- Responding to tenant enquiries via phone, email, and online portals

- Processing rental applications and conducting reference checks

- Preparing lease documentation and tenancy agreements

- Coordinating new tenancy sign-ups and key handovers

- Following up prospective tenants and maintaining leasing targets

- Assisting Property Managers with vacancy management

- Ensuring accurate record keeping and database management

- Providing outstanding customer service to rental providers and renters

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- Previous experience in real estate leasing preferred

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Excellent time management and organisational abilities

- A positive, energetic, and professional attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail

- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software

Essential Requirements

- Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate

- Current Victorian Driver's Licence

- Reliable vehicle
