About You:
n We are seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologists and Social Workers with proven experience in short term, solutions-orientated interventions to join our growing national workforce of EAP consultants.

n

To be successful in this role you will:

n

n
- Enjoy working with diverse workplaces to assess work stressors and risk factors in work environments
n
- Have a solid understanding of organisational and individual factors impacting on people performance
n
- Be commercially savvy, with the ability to view issues and problems from a business, customer and personal perspective
n
- You will be self-motivated, with excellent time management skills and have a willingness to demonstrate initiative with a 'can do' attitude. Experience in critical incident response and trauma management will be highly regarded.
n

2 yearsof relevant experience in allied health for psychologists or 5years of relevant experience in allied health for Social Workers isdesirable. A tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body is required. A current driver's license is a must.
