Sales Coordinator

Activities and perspectives

Tackle, think along, take responsibility

- End-to-end order processing, from drawing up quotations to delivering our products to corporate clients
- Processing invoices, purchase orders, credits and expenses, and coordinating samples
- Developing and maintaining filing systems and overviews that capture sales data and summarise product and customer details
- Account management support, including logistical management, sales forecasting, meeting preparation and contract reviews
- Coordinating delivery dates with the production department and collaborating with head office in Germany
- Supporting sales targets by conducting market research, identifying potential customers and generating leads

Requirements

What you should bring with you

- Bachelor's degree is advantageous
- At least one to two years' experience in sales, ideally in the B2B sector
- Genuine passion for providing first-class customer service and sales
- A methodical, high reliable and structured approach to work
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Confident with Excel, working with numbers and sales data




- Self-motivated and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-confidence and positive presentation skills
- A passion for sales, with the ability to proactively approach new customers and inspire them with our innovative, high-quality packaging solutions
