Flash Architectural Joinery is seeking an experienced Cabinet Maker & Installer to join our dynamic and growing team. We collaborate with the best architects and builders across Melbourne, working on both commercial and domestic projects to craft high-quality, intricate joinery pieces.

As a Cabinet Maker at Flash, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, from custom residential cabinetry to sophisticated commercial joinery. You'll work with a team of passionate professionals and contribute to the creation of pieces you can be truly proud of. Whether you're working with timber, composite materials, or cutting-edge design technologies like Microvellum, we provide the environment for you to learn, grow, and refine your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and install custom cabinetry and joinery for both commercial and domestic clients.

n

Collaborate with designers, architects, and builders to ensure precision and quality.

n

Contribute to the design and production of intricate, high-end joinery pieces.

n

Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient workshop environment.

n

Show initiative and take pride in your craft.

About You:

n





You have proven experience as a cabinet maker (minimum 2 years).

n

You are familiar with both traditional and up-to-date joinery techniques.

n

You can read and interpret plans and take control of a job from start to finish

n

You take pride in producing high-quality work.

n

You're a team player who enjoys working collaboratively but can also work independently.

n
