The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Property Lawyer to progress their career by working alongside senior lawyers and partners within our dynamic Property and Personal Services Department.

The successful candidate will have around 2 years PAE , with experience in property law.

This is a full-time position that has opportunities for flexible working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage property files from start to finish for residential and commercial clients.
- Draft legal documents including Contracts of Sale, commercial leases, and transfer papers.
- Conduct electronic settlements independently using PEXA.
- Handle estate property transfers including transmission applications and sales by executors.




- Advise clients on ownership structures
- Provide clear advice to clients, real estate agents, brokers, and banks.

What You'll Bring

Experience in Wills and Estates is highly valued

Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to ethical practice and high skilled standards.

Excellent time management to easily meet strict settlement deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to manage files independently, prioritise workloads, and work effectively in a team-based environment.

Admission as a lawyer in Victoria and holding a current practising certificate.
