We're growing fast and are looking for an enthusiastic Factory Hand / Labourer to join our production team.

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

You're part of a skilled team that builds everything from illuminated signs and retail displays to exhibition stands and custom fit-outs. You'll gain experience working with a huge variety of materials and equipment while learning new manufacturing techniques.

n

Your day could include:

n

n
- Building and assembling custom signage and display products
n
- Reading drawings and following production plans
n
- Using workshop machinery including saws, drills and hand tools
n
- Working with timber, aluminium, plastics, acrylics,



composite panels and LED lighting
n
- Learning LED soldering and illuminated sign assembly
n
- Helping solve production challenges with our design and manufacturing teams
n
- Maintaining high-quality workmanship on every project
n
- Keeping the workshop clean, organised and safe
n

Who We're Looking For

n

You don't need to know everything—we're happy to teach the right person. What matters most is that you're reliable, hardworking and enjoy building things.

n

You'll be a great fit if you:

n

n
- Are handy with tools and enjoy practical work
n
- Have experience in manufacturing, shopfitting, construction, fabrication or a similar trade (preferred but not essential)
n
- Enjoy learning current skills and taking on different challenges
n
- Can read or are willing to learn technical drawings
n
- Take pride in producing quality work
n
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a team
n
- Hold a current Australian driver's licence
n
- Are an Australian Citizen
n
