About the Role

n

We are currently seeking aFull-Time Concrete Loader Driver to join our team in the Mackay region.

n

We are looking for a reliable and motivated person to operate a front-end loader and assist with the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.

n

For the right person, there is also anopportunity to learn concrete batching and develop additional skills within the business.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Safely operate a front-end loader.
n
- Load and handle raw materials.
n
- General yard and plant housekeeping.
n
- Assist with plant maintenance.
n
- Assist with concrete production and batching.
n
- Assist with booking and allocating concrete deliveries.Coordinate truck movements and deliveries.
n




- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
n
- Work effectively as part of a team.
n
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures.
n

About You

n

- Has front-end loader experience preferred.
n
- Is reliable, punctual and hardworking.
n
- Has a positive"can-do" attitude.
n
- Is willing to learn and develop current skills.Has good communication and customer service skills.

- Can multitask and make effective decisions under pressure.
n
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
n
- Is willing to work flexible schedule and reasonable overtime.
n
- Has a strong commitment to safety.
n
- Previous concrete, batching or plant experience is an advantage, butnot essential for the right applicant.
