We are a proudly Australian-owned and operated food manufacturing company, known for our commitment to producing high-quality artisanal pies and pastries. With a newly renovated cafe and shopfront in Braeside, we are seeking enthusiastic Cafe Assistants to help deliver friendly service and delicious food to our community.

About The Role

n

You'll be the friendly face of our cafe, supporting both front-of-house and kitchen operations. From preparing food and drinks to serving customers, operating the point-of-sale system, and maintaining a clean and welcoming cafe environment, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Greet customers and provide warm, attentive service.
n
- Take orders, operate the POS system, and process cash and card transactions.
n
- Assist with the preparation and service of food, coffee, and cold drinks.
n
- Clear tables, wash dishes, and maintain a clean and welcoming cafe environment.
n
- Support the team with stock rotation, restocking, and display presentation.
n
- Uphold food safety,



hygiene, and cafe service standards at all times.

About You

n

n
- Available to work Monday to Saturday (between 5:30 am and 5:30 pm)
n
- Experienced in hospitality or customer service, ideally within a cafe environment.
n
- Barista skills a bonus, although not essential as full training will be provided.
n
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
n
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
n
