Join the Randstad team as a reliable Cold Storage Pick Packer in Brunswick. You will work within a supportive, fast-paced warehouse environment handling temperature-sensitive inventory. This position offers consistent part-time hours with a strong pathway to ongoing work for high-performing candidates.

Role: Cold Storage Pick Packer (Casual to Ongoing)

n

Pay Rate: $34.65 per hour + super

n

Hours: Part-Time | Monday, Tuesday, Thursday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities

n

Accurately pick, pack, label, and sort customer orders using RF scanners.

n

Perform manual stock counts and update inventory logs to ensure precise system data.

n

Work efficiently inside refrigerated environments.

n

Visually inspect goods for damage, verify item batch codes, and ensure secure packaging prior to dispatch.

n





Adhere to strict workplace health and safety (WHS) protocols and keep packing stations clean and organised.

n

What We Are Looking For

n

Minimum 1 year of hands-on pick-packing experience in a warehouse or production environment.

n

Proven comfort working continuously in cold environments.

n

Demonstrated experience operating RF scanning equipment.

n

Solid work ethic, high attention to detail, and a track record of excellent punctuality.
