Sales Representative - Timber & Building Industry

Bell Plaster Supplies is a well-established plaster and building materials supplier located in Pascoe Vale, Victoria. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality products and services to our clients in the construction and building sector. As we continue to expand, we're looking for a dynamic, goal-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and continue to build on our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development: Identify and build relationships with new clients while maintaining and growing existing accounts.

Product Knowledge: Leverage your understanding of plaster, timber, building materials, and construction processes to advise and guide customers in selecting the right products for their needs.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every stage of the sales process.

Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales performance.

Negotiation & Closing: Successfully negotiate deals, manage quotes,



and close sales to meet targets and company goals.

Requirements

Industry Experience: Prior experience working in the construction, building, or plaster industry is essential. You must be familiar with the products, services, and processes that are crucial in this sector.

Sales Experience: Proven success as a Sales Representative, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must. You will be interacting with customers, suppliers, and internal teams regularly.

Customer-Focused: You are passionate about understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Self-Motivated & Driven: You are a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Valid Driver’s License: As travel may be required to meet with clients in office or visit suppliers, a valid driver’s license is essential.
