Essential criteria
n
Proven experience as a software developer with a track record of leading development teams and delivering complex projects; experience in building team capability,
establishing/refining
and influencing
processes/practices,
excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Robust expertise in Salesforce Vlocity components, including OmniScript, DataRaptor, and Integration Procedures.
n
Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
n
Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools.
n
Experience working with OOP, frameworks & design patterns and building & working with integration (example REST APIs, Platform Events).




n
Possess high level Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Omnistudio
Developer/Consultant,
Salesforce Architect Domain).
n
Desirable criteria
n
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
n
Have successfully implemented minimum 5+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using an agile methodology.
n
Comfortable with recent ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.
