Role Summary

Reporting to the Inventory Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor will oversee day to day operations across the business's warehouse facilities. This covers inventory control, warehouse task supervision, operational reporting, customer liaison, compliance activities and site checks, supporting a safe and efficient warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise forklift operators and the administration clerk to keep daily warehouse functions running smoothly and efficiently
- Coordinate inventory control, stock reconciliation, stocktake, pallet management and customer liaison for held goods
- Complete warehouse administration, including invoicing, supplier invoice processing, consignment notes, data entry and operational reporting
- Schedule and complete equipment, site and asset checks, including defect reporting and maintenance coordination
- Monitor site operations, housekeeping and labour utilisation to support productivity and efficiency
- Support with compliance, load restraint, internal audit requirements and company procedures
- Promote safety leadership, incident reporting, zero harm practices and a respectful, supportive workplace culture

About You

- Previous warehouse supervision experience within transport, logistics or materials handling
- Solid leadership, people management, customer service and communication skills, comfortable managing a team that ranges from senior staff to forklift operators
- Sound administrative capability, attention to detail and the ability to complete accurate reporting
- SAP experience is highly regarded
- Current driver's licence and White Card required. Forklift licence desirable
