We are seeking a Part-Time Senior Customer Service Assistant to join our Yarra Valley team. As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the daily operations of our store.

Key responsibilities

- Stock management control, ensuring the accuracy of records and stock integrity
n
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone
n
- Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with purchases to meet customer needs
n
- Process transactions accurately using our point-of-sale system
n
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including shelving, displays, and merchandise presentation
n
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and efficiently
n
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets and goals and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
n

About you

n

n
- Previous stock management and retail customer experience
n




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
n
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
n
- Basic computer skills and experience with point-of-sale systems is an advantage
n
- Knowledge of Equestrian products and the industry is essential
n
